Roger P. Favale, the Firm’s Founder, has been an investment banker and commercial lending officer for over forty years. He held senior positions at Salomon Brothers, Prudential Securities, Kidder Peabody, Hambrecht & Quist, Chase Manhattan Bank and Biscayne Capital. He has advised domestic and international clients on strategic planning initiatives, venture and mezzanine investments, debt and equity offerings, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Prior to those assignments, he held engineering positions at Grumman Aircraft and Perkin Elmer.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College, an MBA degree from the City University of New York, and successfully completed Chase Manhattan Bank’s multi-year credit training program and Salomon Brothers’ Securities Program. He has published numerous articles and participated in Wall Street Transcript Roundtable discussions on technology niche businesses.

John N. Favale is Managing Partner of Infonalysis. His professional experience spans over thirty years as a strategic advisor and corporate banker with such financial institutions as IBJ Whitehall, GMAC Commercial Finance, HSBC and most recently, RCG Capital. John has worked with a variety of clients to provide expert guidance on key business decisions, growth strategies, and operational improvements. He focuses on “big picture” and high-level planning and works closely with executive teams to drive strategic initiatives. As a corporate banker, he has originated, closed and successfully funded a broad spectrum of businesses.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. He maintains a commercial real license and has also published numerous articles in banking and financial journals.
