Infonalysis Inc. (“Infonalysis” or the “Firm”) was founded in the mid 1990s to service smaller public companies lacking support from research analysts in the Wall Street community. The Firm developed an innovative equity research report format for micro-cap companies to help increase their visibility with potential equity investors and existing shareholders. The research operation ultimately evolved into what the Firm is today---a corporate advisory and strategic management consulting firm offering services to small public or privately-owned companies, financial institutions, investors and entrepreneurs.

The Firm helps develop business plans and strategic initiatives designed to improve corporate efficiencies, enhance growth prospects and increase overall profitability. Infonalysis also conducts analyses and “due diligence” investigations for financial institutions and wealthy individuals contemplating a funding or investment in a particular situation. The primary objective of Infonalysis is to assist clients with their evaluations of specific projects, operations and ventures, and to design appropriate corporate strategies intended to achieve contemplated goals and objectives.
